Last December-a story

                                  Last December- a story

Call me Dawn. Last December, when I was 10 years old, I always thought that Santa Claus wasn't real. But my 3 year old sister, Evie had an imagination that nobody would ever have in their little finger. I always ignored her when she said something like, "Dawn, I saw Jack Frost, for real!"

I would always just say, "Evie, grow up! There's no Santa Claus! There's no Jack Frost! These are just dumb fantasies that were made for babies..

But even when I said that, she would still believe in miracles. Until I saw him..I knew these things were true. I saw the Santa Claus with my own two eyes.

 Hope, Belief, Inspiration.

Those are the words that St. Nicholas told me that made him real, because when people believe they make the world a better, young or old, American or Immigrant. Anybody can believe in him, even people from a different religion.

Zoey and Jem, our rich next-door neighbors are mean, when you bring up miracles, I'll always stick up for my little sister from Jem. Jem is 3 years old, like Evie. Zoey is 12.

Let's go to back to today..

"Dawn, you're now 11! Grow up. I am 13 now, I understand that Stinka Claus isn't real." Zoey said

"Yeah, Stinka Claus isn't real!" Jem said "agreeing" with Zoey.

Evie, who's now 4, is scared of Santa Claus' shadow, Krampus. Krampus gives you coal, does something to hurt you when you've been naughty. I told her my idea, she said it was perfect!

"Be careful of what you say Zoey!" Evie said to them.

"Yeah, or else, Krampus will come to hurt you and give you coal." I said with Evie.

"Who's this 'Krampus'?'' Zoey and Jem asked

"Only one of the most wanted criminals and myths in the universe!" I said

"Well, the police will look for 'Krampus', you loser!"Jem said to me and Evie

"Oh no, he can't be stopped. He's a myth, remember?" Evie said in a British accent.

Zoey and Jem were fighting about Krampus being real. While that, I whispered to Evie, to go get that Krampus I used when I was 9 to scare little 2 year-old, Evie. 5 minutes later..she cooed like a bird, to let me know that she's there, waiting to scare Zoey and Jem. I gave her a thumbs-up.

"You know..he can come right now.." I said, looking at my nails.

"OMG! Dawn, it's December 23rd! He can't come right now!" Zoey said

Then, all of a sudden, "Krampus" came out of nowhere and scared Zoey and Jem, making them crying like babies in Central Park!

You better not cry,
you better not pout,
you better watch out
I'm gonna tell ya why!

Santa Claus is coming to town.

                                THE END
